You can use the EEi HelpCenter to search for help information and tutorials on almost any EEi Topic. Most of your questions can be answered here.

If you cannot find the answer in the help center and still need assistance, you can contact EEi Support using the chatbot in the bottom right corner of any article page.

1. Find the Chatbot Icon.
Look for the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the Help Center article page and click on it to start a conversation.

You’ll find this icon on every page of our Help Center, so you can start a conversation with us anytime.

2. Ask a Question.
Once you’re in the Messages section, click the Send us a message button to move one step closer to getting the help you need.

3. Choose Your Issue.
Start by selecting whether you’re a Teacher or a Student/Individual. Then choose the topic that best matches your issue from the list. If you don’t see your issue listed, simply select Other.

4. Send Us Your Request.
After selecting your issue, just send your message. The chatbot will forward your request to the right team, ensuring it’s handled by the most appropriate support specialist.

If you already have an open request, please wait for a response from our Support team. While your current request is still being processed and hasn’t been closed, creating a new request is not available. This helps us resolve your case faster and avoid duplicate requests.

Our chatbot isn’t an AI assistant. It’s an automated tool designed to collect the information we need to help you quickly and accurately.
