How can I help a student retrieve their password?

There are two methods to recovering log-in information:

​1) Student Recovery - If a student has an e-mail address in their EEi account, they can click "Forgot Username/Password." This will send them an e-mail with their username and a temporary password.

​2) Teacher Password Reset - If they do not have an e-mail in their account, you (the teacher) can reset their password in your teacher account. Go to My Students, select the student and click "Reset Password" This will send you an e-mail with their username and a temporary password.

While an e-mail address is not required for a student account, we do ask for them to input an e-mail every time a student enters their account until they put one in. We only use this e-mail for customer service or password recovery.
